I would be lying if I said my interpretation of today’s reading wasn’t inspired by the FCC’s repeal of net neutrality, along with other recent governmental fuckery. But it’s an appropriate card to pull as emotions are running extremely high everywhere. We are rightfully angry, but letting that spill everywhere is going to just make a mess. Take a few breaths and focus; figure out the most constructive way you can channel that emotional power, whether that’s raising awareness, contacting people who might be able to help, or grounding it in mundane, self-care activities that can quell the flood enough to at least let you breathe and re-balance yourself before moving forward.
