Today, we need to remember that part of that process is not being too set in our ways, especially when we’re afraid to let go of old ways that no longer serve us well. Be willing to approach new thoughts, opinions, and ways of being, particularly those that will create a healthier, happier world and a more responsible partnership with the rest of nature, even if it means having to giving up old comforts and routines. It’ll all be worth it in the long run.
