However, this can lead to boredom and isolation in an unhealthy manner. If you’re feeling stuck as a result, try to do something to shake things up a bit. If the weather permits, get outside and enjoy some sunshine, even if it’s just out in front of your home. Touch base with someone that you may not have talked to in a while, and see how they’re doing. If you have the time and energy, consider picking up a new hobby just to give yourself some variety.
