Tooth: The Tooth is in Summer, just barely on the cusp of Spring, but very close to the center of it all. This suggests that now is a good time to be daydreaming about possibilities, even if you aren’t ready to take steps just yet! There’s a lot power in daydreams; they encourage you to think creatively about what could be, rather than only feeling limited by the can’ts and won’ts of things. And they give you something to hope for for the future and all its unknowns. What could you make of it?
Vertebra: This one’s in Winter. I know you’re feeling kind of stuck where you are right now. That’s okay; just accept that right now, it’s like this. Just because you’re having to stick to the status quo in your everyday life right now doesn’t mean you’re going to be there forever. And there’s something to be said for sticking with the familiar for a while, as it gives you some stability. Things may shift down the line, but for now just keep doing what you’re doing until a better opportunity comes along.
Rib: You’ve been through a lot, and you’re ready for something new and exciting! I’m glad that you’re receptive to that possibility, because shutting yourself down just means you miss out. Allow your hopes to buoy you through the rough waters, and always keep your eyes open for shining shores in the distance. As long as you don’t give up, there will be possibilities in the future.
Long Bone: Sitting in Spring next to the Rib, this bone suggests it’s a good time to make some preliminary moves toward a better future. Even if you can’t take huge steps, think of what you could do right now to make that future come to pass. Just don’t go overboard; you aren’t out of the woods yet, and as the Vertebrae suggested it’s best to keep most of your energy toward keeping things going as they are.
Overview: There’s where you are, and where you want to be, and then all that space in between. It can seem daunting, but that doesn’t mean you can’t start laying plans. Just keep your expectations open and flexible, because things can change at any time. While we can hope they’ll change in your favor, don’t pin your dreams all on one star. Instead, keep building up stability, thinking about possible futures, and doing what you can reasonably do now to increase the probability of success ahead.
