Pocket Osteomancy Daily Draw – 1-27-22

Today’s reading is with my Pocket Osteomancy set!

Tooth: This bone is in Winter, just about to head out to Spring. You’ve been weathering tough times, but you know it won’t always be like this. So you’re looking forward to the future, just a little, even as you continue to primarily focus on the moment. Keep your eyes open for possibilities, for you never know what may appear.

Vertebra: Settled in Fall, the Vertebra suggests that you are set up with resources for a while, which is good! Your previous efforts paid off, and that allows you the luxury of both rest and planning. You know that you can’t just blow through everything you’ve saved up now, and that means if something changes in the future you’ll be better prepared.

Rib: This bone is right on the border of Summer and Fall. You’ve worked through a lot of emotional stuff, relationships, etc. but you need to take a break from it. Prepare to downshift some, and give yourself some much-needed recovery and reflection time. This will allow you to make the most of your efforts in this regard, rather than wasting your progress.

Long Bone: Almost entirely crossed over from Fall to Winter, the Long Bone says your actions also need to be taking a step back. You need time to recuperate, and this is not the moment to be making any bold moves. That’s okay; the other bones say that this is a good place to stop for a while without losing any ground.

Overview: It’s time to settle in for a while, and allow yourself to not only recover from the past, but be more prepared for the future. You’re in a good enough spot that you can slow down some without doing yourself any serious damage. This is the best way to avoid burnout and other problems, and you may be setting yourself up more favorably to respond to future changes.
