If you’re collaborating with other people on a project, be mindful of each person’s goals and actions which may be at odds with each other. It’s perfectly okay for each of you to have a vision for how things should turn out, but don’t be shy about diplomatically addressing areas where those visions may differ. Encourage flexibility as each person brings their strength to bear; the division of labor doesn’t always have to be 100% equal all the time, but everyone should have their chance to contribute to the end result.
